Alas, we have reached the end of X-Girls for now. If you didn’t know already I can’t find scans or stock online for the second half of the second volume of X-Girls’s. I was using scans from a Chinese read online site for the first half but they don’t have the second half for some reason even though they have all the others, I’ve searched high and low but can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Nevertheless I’ll keep looking everywhere I can, even if I can’t find it there’s always the third and fourth volume to look forward to. And if anyone knows were I can get the second volume either in physical print of scans please let me know. Thanks for reading thus far.
Well it’s time for another chapter of X-Girl, as you may have noticed I’ve really been working my ass off recently to get both X-Girl and Oldman done. Naturally this has pushed back work on a bunch of other stuff I was working on, so after I get both X-Girl and Oldman sorted out I’ll be working on all that stuff I’ve left behind in recent months. Anyway I hope you enjoy the chapter.
Off one mission and onto the next, looks like the X-Girls are robbing a bank this time. You also get an overview of what the actual comic is about as opposed to the first chapter where it’s stuff is happening and you are like who are these people and why are they hijacking a plane and now they’re pop stars? Yeah the first chapter was a little confusing but overall fun.
I’ve been checking out the other works of Chang Sheng for some time now, naturally this has led me to his first piece of work: X Girl. At first you might think it’s influenced by Charlies Angel, but it’s actually influenced by the Japanese Idol group Morning Musume. Chang Sheng came up with the idea that “if a pop group like that could one day save the world”, an interesting concept if I say so myself. It’s got a pretty good starting chapter and I can’t wait to see where it goes. As usual, have fun reading.
