Seems Pumpkin Night isn’t dead after all, Masaya Hokazono has apparently written 4 volumes according to one of his tweets. I’m glad he’s working on it again after he got better from whatever was making him sick. There’ll also be an illustration volume of some sort later in Halloween so there’s that to look forward to as well.
Didn’t even notice this on Twitter until someone else told me. So at least we know that it’ll be coming out sometime in the future, hopefully it won’t be too long until we had another chapter since the last one last year.
If you don’t know already this is the latest released chapter which means we’ve caught up with the Japanese release schedule which is monthly/bi-monthly at the current rate. Naturally that means we’ll be waiting a while until the next chapter comes out so I hope you are in for a long wait.
Though in the meantime you can look forward to the Volume release of Pumpkin Night which will feature a bunch of fixes here and there. Also I’ll be working on Killing Morph after a long absence so I’m sure a few of you will be pleased our favorite Stand user is coming back.
Just to let you know the raws that will be used from now on are from the official site which the quality isn’t very good but it’s doable until the volume release which is far away at this point. Anyway, enjoy!
Also you’ll be pleased to know that I will be releasing another chapter of Killing Morph after a long absence. This was due to there being no scans of the chapters so naturally I had to buy the Young Champion magazine to get the chapters.
Now that the cat is out of the bag it’s up to the detective and Kachuya to get to the room asap! Naturally things don’t go as planned as you know by now. You also get to see more of what happened during the Halloween bash and it is pretty tragic.
Also I had a nice chuckle at that Pumpkin Night picture I found on Twitter. Noice. And in the crowd shot you can see the killer from Killing Morph, Freddy Kruger, Jason, Batman, Gandalf and the guy from Freak Island. A nice bunch of references thrown in.
